Welcome to Pet Guru ("Pet Guru", "we", "our", "us"). Pet Guru is a comprehensive pet ecosystem that allows users, sellers, breeders, veterinarians, and businesses ("Users") to publish listings for pet products, services, consultations, events, and forums.
By accessing or using www.petguru.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Nature of Platform
Pet Guru acts as an online advertising, listing, and community platform. We do not:
- Act as a broker, agent, or intermediary for pet sales
- Own, sell, or manage any listed pet, product, or service
- Participate in negotiations, transactions, payments, or delivery between Users
All transactions, communications, and agreements occur directly between Users.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy, legality, and authenticity of their listings
- Ensuring compliance with animal welfare laws and regulations
- Obtaining required licenses or permits for pet-related businesses
- Ensuring the well-being of animals involved in any transaction or service
Pet Guru does not guarantee the quality, health, safety, or legality of any listed pet, product, or service.
4. Pet Products & Supplies (New & Used)
Users may list pet-related products including food, accessories, toys, and grooming supplies.
The seller confirms that:
- They have the legal right to sell the listed item
- The item is safe for pets and complies with safety standards
- Product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate
5. Veterinary & Pet Services
Service providers must:
- Hold valid professional licenses or certifications
- Provide truthful and professional service descriptions
- Maintain high standards of animal care and professional ethics
6. Consultations & Veterinary Forums
Pet Guru provides a platform for consultations and community forums. Information provided is for educational purposes and does not replace professional veterinary advice for emergency situations.
7. Payments & Fees
- Any fees paid to Pet Guru are strictly for advertising, subscription, or promotional services
- Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Pet Guru does not process or hold transaction payments between Users
8. Prohibited Content
Users must not post:
- Illegal pet sales or animal cruelty content
- Fraudulent or misleading pet health information
- Offensive or discriminatory material
Pet Guru reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pet Guru shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising between Users or related to the health and well-being of pets involved in listings.
